Beef Jerky

3 lb sirloin steak cut into 1/4" strips
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
8 cloves garlic minced
~1 tsp cayenne pepper
~1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp salt

Marinate in ziplock overnight, dehydrate 10 hrs.

Is this the ridiculously awesome beef jerky that was kinda tender but chewy that I couldn't get enough of on the Whitney trip? If so, I need to make this.
